Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation

You can close the checkout at any point before paying and nothing is charged. Once a payment is confirmed it places or raises an entry on the board straight away, so it can't be cancelled.

Payments are final

Payments are not refunded, including when another entry later passes yours or yours is removed for breaking the Terms.

When we refund

• You were charged but your entry never appeared.
• You were charged twice for one order.
• Your payment arrived after the entry had already been removed.

Email support@goatwars.live within 30 days with the order code or Razorpay payment ID. Once approved, the money goes back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
