Privacy

What we collect

• Public: display name, side, optional photo (shrunk to a 24-pixel portrait in your browser before upload), optional line of text, and totals paid. These are shown to everyone. The live ticker shows each payment's play and time, plus your country only if you tick "Show my country on the ticker" at checkout and at least 3 fans from your country back your team. Daily totals like "Brazil: 14 Messi fans today" count every fan but only appear from 3 fans. The ticker never shows your name, though someone watching closely could match a new entry to a ticker line. Your locker page (/f/<your code>) is public but hidden from search engines.
• Private: optional email, stored with each order and never shown.
• Payments: card, bank and contact details you give at checkout go straight to Razorpay; we never see or store them.
• Visit stats: for each page view and for opening the checkout or sharing, we record the time, your approximate location (country, region, city and time zone, from Cloudflare), device type (phone, tablet or computer) and the site or campaign that sent you. You are counted as a visitor through a code made from your IP address and browser with a secret that changes every day, so visits cannot be linked across days and your IP address is never stored.
• Security: your IP address is checked by Cloudflare for abuse and rate limits and is not stored by us.

Why

To show your entry, process and reconcile payments, answer support requests, prevent fraud and publish overall statistics (for example, fans by country or by hour). We do not sell data, run ads or use tracking cookies. Your browser may remember your phone and email on your device to fill the form next time; clear site data to remove them.

Who else

Razorpay (payments), Supabase (database, EU region) and Cloudflare (hosting, security). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

Your rights

Ask us at TODO: support@goatwars.live to see, correct or delete your data. We delete private order data when it is no longer needed for accounting and legal obligations.
